Travel Lodge St Austell

The Travel Lodge, St Austell is a suitable location for allowing one to be able to explore that all the county of Cornwall, England has to offer.  Certainly if you are looking for affordable, but good and comfortable accommodation then staying at this location is perfect for you.

The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the town of St Austell and is only a short distance from one of Britain's landmark projects, which opened in 2000.  The Eden Project is made up of several biosphere houses that contain plants from across the globe.  Although it looks as though it has been made from bubble wrap it provides you with a chance to learn more about how we interact with the world around us.

This along with China Clay Country Park is a place that the kid's will enjoy, as there is plenty for them to see and do.  China Clay Country Park is only a short distance by car from St Austell and provides you with a chance to really look and enjoy the natural beauty of this part of England.  Certainly if you are looking for a way to get rid of some of the children's excess energy this is a great place to visit.

However, for the adults in the group they may want to consider visiting St Austell's Brewery Visitors Centre.  This is still one of the few independent family run brewery's to be found in the UK and along with a tour you have the chance to sample some of the products that are made there.  It is open to the public Monday to Fridays throughout the year and on Saturdays as well during July and August (height of the summer season).
