Travel Lodge Cardiff
The Travel Lodge, Cardiff is located in the very heart of this
city's entertainment district and has superb nightlife as
well. The hotel is actually located above some bars and clubs
so you may find that there is increased noise levels in certain
rooms late in the evenings. However, the hotel is willing to
accommodate those guests who would prefer a room that is a little
quieter during their stay.
Because Cardiff is the capital of Wales, it has plenty to offer
those who choose to visit. Some of the more popular
attractions that tourists generally like to visit during their time
in this city at the Millennium Stadium, the Museum of Welsh Life
and the Cardiff Bay Visitor Centre.
Whilst on a tour of the Millennium Stadium visitors are able to
find out what happens before the Welsh national squads (football
and rugby) head down the players tunnel out on to stadium playing
ground. Certainly, the sound of thousands of Welsh Rugby Fans
singing "Bread of Heaven" is truly amazing.
If however you are keen to learn more about what life was like
living in Wales through out the countries history then you really
should spend time at the Museum of Welsh Life. It is situated in
some beautiful parkland and not only can you spend time wandering
around a Celtic village which has been recreated but also take a
look at what the houses are likely to be like in this town in the
21st Century as well. As well as numerous buildings that you
can wander around in that chart over 500 years of Welsh, history
the museum lays on plenty of events and demonstrations of local
Welsh crafts throughout the year as well.
