Travel Lodge Bournemouth

The Travel Lodge, Bournemouth hotel is located very close to the main part of this town on the south coast of England.  As well as being able to reach the town by car, you can also arrive here by train or if you want by plane as only 8 miles from the hotel is Bournemouth's own airport. 

Although you may want to spend time, exploring Bournemouth town and its pier and beach there are plenty of other places and attractions for one to see and visit.  Although many are a short drive away, some such as the Oceanarium can be found only a short distance from the hotel. 

If you are someone who happens to have a keen in aircrafts and the history of flying then a visit to the Aviation Museum is a must.  Located in a large aircraft hangar at the edge of Bournemouth airport it houses one of the largest collections of aeroplanes and artifacts relating to the history of aviation to be found anywhere in the UK today.   However, this is also a great place that families enjoy visiting as well. 

One of the biggest attractions that any tourist visiting Bournemouth will spend time at is the Pier.  It is here that you have the chance to relax but there is also still plenty for the kids and even the adults (who are still kids at heart) for them to do and which will keep them amused.  Moreover, should you happen to visit the town in the summer months you can see the paddle steamer "Waverley" as it passes by along the coastline.
